Instructions to Authors

Authors are invited to submit papers no more than 6-pages in length in double column format in the standard IEEE Conference template.

1.     Prepare your paper based on IEEE standard two column conference paper template available here.

2.     Full papers are limited to six (6) pages including figures, tables and references.

3.     PMAPS 2024 review is single blind. Papers having poor quality and/or high similarity index will be rejected without review.

4.     Submit your paper via Easychair.

Notification of acceptance/ rejection: 15/03/2024 31/03/2024* 

Camera ready submission open: 01/04/2024

Camera ready submission close: 30/04/2024

*The acceptance/rejection of each paper will be announced depending on the review completion of individual papers. The technical chairs will start announcing the acceptance/rejection from 15/03/2024. Due to the Easter Break, you may expect some delays in receiving the notification of your papers. We will try our best to complete the notification by 5th April 2024.
